Moving the Gilligan house after it was flooded in 1950. It was moved about 100 metres to the south along the eastern side of Stud Road. Later, Bergins Road was diverted to run past its northern boundary.

Gilligans' Chic-Inn - the shop that grew from the kiosk. The first chicken rotisserie installed in Victoria was set up in this shop. Note the old house - since demolished - at the side. This was the house that had been moved after being flooded in 1950.

The litle kiosk beside Stud Road.The sign reads: "SCALDED CREAM IN CARTONS EGGS HONEY HOME MADE JAMS". Gilligans' scalded cream was a very popular commodity and the family could not keep up with the demand for it.
