The plan covers Land Zoning, Social & Community Support, Infrastructure and Recreation. Other Knox City Council materials at the library include Annual Reports, Annual Directories and Strategy Plans on Environment, Recreation, Economic Development and Conservation.

* The Rowville-Lysterfield Community News, 1981 - present editions.
The News has published summaries of all items contained in the minutes of the meetings of Knox City Council that have been relevant to the Rowville-Lysterfield area.

* Churchill National Park and Lysterfield Park Management Plan, Parks Victoria, 1998.
The Plan gives a brief history of the parks and of their linking in recent years. The Plan deals with strategic directions, resource conservation, park protection, visitor recreation activities and facilities, community involvement. The Plan includes several maps.

* Dandenong Valley Authority. Rowville Drainage Scheme - Technical Investigation Report No 28, 1986.
This report contains contour maps showing the proposed drainage layout. It also includes the names and addresses of title holders of the land affected.
