Peregrine Reserve

On the 22nd July 1997, Council approved the Master Plan for the six hectare reserve bordered by Dandelion Drive and Pine Hill Drive to be known as Peregrine Reserve.

Features include open spaces suited to authorised school team sports and occasional active use.

A junior playground.

A hard paved playing surface with basketball backboards, netball rings and a rebound wall.

A fenced area committed to the establishment of an indigenous grassland, maintaining suitable conditions as a hunting site for birds of prey.

A circular shared-use pedestrian pathway for walkers, joggers, in-line skaters and skateboards.

The plan has been developed in consultation with several groups as well as with 120 residents living within the vicinity of the reserve.
